Tom has over 15 years’ work experience in both private and public sector. His key areas of specialization include Market and social research, Information technology, research project management across 23 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. His experience covers questionnaire development, scripting, training, data sampling, data analysis and reporting. He has strong IT skills with specialized mobile technology data collection applications for CAPI, CAWI across various applications.
Tom holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration specialized in Management Information Systems and a Diploma in Computer Science.
