Rose Kairigo boasts over 10 years’ experience in Strategic Management providing transformational leadership and technical direction in private and public sectors in Kenya. Some of her leading clients include KCB bank and Kenya National Blood Transfusion Service (KNBTS).

She is an accredited career and development assessor since 2009, participating in assessment and development centres for recruitment and selection; and identification of development needs. She has progressive experience in training, capacity building and facilitating meetings both within the organization and externally as well as planning events and activities both at a local and national level e.g. The World Blood Donor Day. Also collecting data and information from the field and carrying out desk reviews and collating it for use by external audiences.
